Special Suite Rates
We offer suite rates for poker players who are interested in staying at either The Venetian or The Palazzo. These rates are $119 for Sunday through Thursday nights and $159 for Friday and Saturday nights, provided that you play at least 6 hours of poker per night stayed. There is also a $17.00 resort fee per night stayed. This fee is for gym access, local calls, internet, and newspapers.
In order to qualify for these rates, the first step is to book your suite through either The Venetian or The Palazzo (no third party booking such as Travelocity). The Venetian or The Palazzo Luxury or Bella suites are the only suites qualified for the poker room rate. (Luxury or Bella suites Prestige and Concierge do not qualify for the poker room rate.) Make sure that the Luxury or Bella suite you book is less than $400 for Sunday through Thursday nights, and $500 for Friday and Saturday nights, otherwise we will be unable to reduce your suite rate. The poker rate cannot be combined with any other promotional rates.
When you arrive, sign up for a player’s card either at Club Grazie (located in The Venetian or The Palazzo), or in the poker room itself. This card will be able to track how many hours you have played poker. In addition, the player’s card will earn you $1 to $1.50 in food comps per hour played. These food comps are redeemable at many different restaurants throughout The Venetian, including In-Suite dining, which can be served table side while you play.
Provided that you play at least 6 hours of cash games per night stayed, you will qualify for the reduced player’s rate. Before you check out, stop by the poker room and speak to a supervisor. This supervisor will look at your account and ensure that you completed the requisite hours. Then, they will call the front desk and have your suite rate adjusted to the quoted rates, such that when you go to check out, those changes will be reflected. If you choose to stay during one of our Deep Stack Extravaganzas, every Deep Stack event you play in will count as 6 hours of cash play (just be sure to save your tournament receipts).
Lastly, any upgrades you have on a suite will have to be paid in addition to the poker rate. In other words, if you booked your suite for $300 for a Tuesday night and you are offered a $50 upgrade charge, even though the total for your suite is still less than $400, we can only reduce the original booking to $119, and the $50 upgrade charge will have to be added on top of that, for a total of $169.
If you have any other question, comments, or concerns, please feel free to email me or call the poker room and I will be happy to help. We look forward to seeing you in our poker room, and I hope you choose to stay in one of our luxurious hotels while you enjoy your stay in Las Vegas.
